Spurs<\/a> travel to Anfield this weekend to take on Liverpool in the English Premier League<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A couple of months ago, the Lilywhites alongside Liverpool<\/a> and City were fighting a three horse race for the Premier League title. But just like every other season, Pochettino’s men bottled it.<\/p>\n

Right now Spurs are third on the league table and they are more close to sixth-placed Chelsea than they are to leaders Liverpool.<\/p>\n

Pochettino is expected to name his best eleven at Anfield this weekend but it seems like the international break has caused a fair bit of damage to the Argentinian’s plans.
