City are already in high spirits after beating Arsenal twice in a span of 5 days and Guardiola will be hoping that his men can keep up the pace against the Blues. We take a look at Man City’s predicted line-up vs Chelsea.

MAN CITY TEAM NEWS:

Pep Guardiola will hopefully make only two or three changes to the team that picked up the 3-0 victory against Arsenal on Thursday night.

The first big chance will surely be the inclusion of John Stones in central defence in place of Vincent Kompany. Kompany had a wonderful outing against the Gunners on Thursday but considering his age he certainly cannot play three games in a span of 8 days.

Fernandinho is still out injured meaning IIkay Gundogan will once again start in central midfield.

Guardiola will not shuffle around with his other midfielders meaning that David Silva and Kevin De Bruyne will start alongside Gundogan.

Bernardo Silva started the match against Arsenal but with Raheem Sterling seemingly fit the Englishman is sure to make his way into the first XI.

Leroy Sane had a wonderful game on Thursday and is a guaranteed starter on the left flank with Sergio Aguero playing as the only frontman.

MAN CITY’S PREDICTED LINE-UP VS CHELSEA:

Goalkeeper: Ederson.

Defence: Danilo, Otamendi, Stones, Walker.

Midfield: D. Silva, Gundogan, De Bruyne.
