Manchester City were knocked out of the FA Cup by Wigan Athletic earlier this week and after the match, all hell broke loose.
Fans invading the pitch, Wigan supporter spitting on Aguero(supposedly), Aguero trying to punch a fan, Guardiola having a scuffle with the Wigan manager – the match had it all. But surprisingly not one person has been punished for his actions.
Firstly, Sergio Aguero managed to escape a ban for trying to punch a Wigan fan and now Pep Guardiola has also escaped punishment for trying to start a fight with the Wigan manager.
And fans are clearly not happy with the dual standards that the Football Association have shown while dealing with the Guardiola incident:
Imagine if Mourinho did this, he’d be crucified by the press, but because it’s Pep Guardiola, they won’t say anything. pic.twitter.com/z68V7CEk7c

Guardiola gets a pass because so many love that he’s beating Utd & Mourinho, if he was Utd manager he’d be slaughtered for last night.

Luckily this is Guardiola, if this was Mourinho the FA would probably take him to court. pic.twitter.com/0MeRsXCs1C

Shocking behaviour from Guardiola. If it was Wenger or Mourinho they would've been sent to the stands & fined thousands! #WIGMCI #Wigan
