Chelsea Football Club are planning a major overhaul during the summer transfer window but it looks like Antonio Conte will not be the man in charge.

And in a bid to bring in some fresh talent the Blues have marked out Marco Asensio as their biggest transfer target.

But the last thing Real Madrid would do is to let the 22-year-old leave for cheap and Don Balon are reporting that both the clubs will indulge in a high profile swap deal which will see Eden Hazard and Marco Asensio go the opposite directions.

A source close to the Spanish outlet has revealed that Asensio will wear Hazard’s No 10 jersey at Chelsea once the Belgian International moves to Real Madrid.

But Chelsea are not the only club who are interested in the Spaniard as Juventus have also shown an inclination towards the forward.

Juventus are not as a club who spend big bucks in the transfer market which clearly puts Chelsea at the top of the queue.

And add to that the fact that if the Los Blancos deal with the Blues then they are more or less sure to get Eden Hazard – a player they have been chasing for a very long time.
