Arsenal will travel to the Borisov Arena to take on BATE in the Europa League.

The Gunners picked up a hard-fought 2-1 win over Huddersfield this weekend but this game vs BATE should be an easy win for the Premier League side.

And going into this match on Thursday, the manager could see a few players return back from injury.

Arsenal injury news:

Unai Emery has a number of first-team injuries with the likes of Aaron Ramsey and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang sidelined.

Ramsey has picked up a knee injury and the manager is not expected to risk him against BATE.

Aubameyang and Mesut Ozil are both ill and while the Gabon international is not expected to travel, Ozil will play on Thursday given that he has been used only in the second fiddle games.

Granit Xhaka is recovering from a groin injury and initial reports claim that the midfielder will be available for selection on Thursday.

Sokratis is out with a knee injury and there is huge possibility that the defender will be full fit for the match vs BATE.

But we will have to wait and see if the manager will take him to Belarus.

In the absence of Sokratis, Unai Emery chose to play with three defenders against Huddersfield and this might also be the formation on Thursday.

Henrik Mkhitaryan started the Premier League game this weekend and should also be named in the starting lineup vs BATE.

But Granit Xhaka’s return could be a huge boost for the manager since the manager will not only be rest a few of his midfielder but the introduction of Xhaka will also add an extra layer of defence in midfield.
