Nicolas Pepe to replace Aubameyang Arsenal EPL
Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan Arsenal news

Arsenal forward Pierre Emerick Aubameyang is out of contract at the club in the summer of 2021 and there are fears that the forward could leave this summer itself.

The Gunners are in talks with the Gabon international over a new deal and a couple of months ago, the club were confident that the player would agree to the new contract.

But now that Arsenal are not going to get back into the Champions League next season, there are fears that Aubameyang would want to move out during the summer transfer window.

Up until now, Barcelona were said to be the frontrunners in signing the player since they already wanted to bring him on board during the January transfer window.

And now it seems like Arsenal have given up hope since multiple reports are claiming that the Gunners will let him leave in case the forward hands in a transfer request at the end of the season since they want to cash in on him rather than losing him as a free agent at the end of the season.

Aubameyang to Manchester United?

This season, the forward has already netted 17 goals in just 26 games for the Gunners and despite his age, every major club would be happy to have him on board.

Aubameyang Arsenal

And it looks like Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also following in the same line since as per reports, the OT outfit are planning to sign Aubameyang for the upcoming season.

There’s a big chance that Man United will get back into the Champions League next campaign meaning surely Aubameyang will not want refuse to make the move – if he is serious about leaving Arsenal.

Man United have brought in Odion Ighalo on a short-term loan deal but if they can manage to get their hands on a talent like Aubameyang then Ole will most certainly go after him.

Also, as per the report, Arsenal are willing to accept just £50 million in exchange for their premier superstar which will make Aubameyang an absolute steal in the transfer market.
