Spurs striker Harry Kane is expected to start vs Liverpool in the Champions League final which is set to be played this weekend at the Metropolitano.

Harry Kane picked up an ankle injury during the clash vs Man City and the England international has been sidelined ever since.

Initially, there were doubts whether Harry Kane would be fit to start vs Liverpool but now, Pochettino has hinted that his star performance is fully fit and raring to go.

But before this high-intensity match, Liverpool winger Mo Salah has chosen to take a convivial dig at the Three Lions captain.

Harry Kane had won the Golden Boot in the Premier League in two consecutive seasons before Salah joined Liverpool.

But ever since the Egyptian has returned back to England, he has been picked up every single Golden Boot.

And speaking about this, Mo Salah jokingly said:

“Harry Kane is a good player and he proved that for many years. He was the top scorer for his team and for English football…until I came!”

During his first season at Anfield, Mo Salah picked up the Golden Boot all by himself and this season he shared the award with Sadio Mane and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.

While Mo Salah has obviously said these words jokingly but these might very well come back to haunt him if Harry Kane manages to score vs the Reds on Saturday.

The return of Harry Kane to the starting XI is obviously great news for Spurs and at the same time, the likes of Van Dijk and Joel Matip suddenly have a lot more to worry about.
