Liverpool beat Everton 1-0 in the Merseyside Derby on Sunday and after the match Jurgen Klopp as come under heavy fire.

The manager ran onto the pitch after Divock Origi scored a 96th-minute winner and since then the German has been busy explaining his actions.

First, he apologised for his behaviour, then went on to claim it was just a cultural thing. But even after so many explanations, the FA have still charged the Liverpool manager.

Former England international Danny Mills claimed after the match that Jurgen Klopp should have been arrested for his actions while Roby Savage has chosen to back the Liverpool boss understanding the emotions that flowed through him.

But former West Brom player Jonas Olsson has undoubtedly made the harshest comment regarding the whole incident.

“If I’d been an Everton player, I’d have knocked him down, I think,” Olsson said on a Swedish television.

“You can’t do that when a player has made such a mistake – it is so disrespectful.

“I think Klopp is really fun, but I do not think it this time.”

After the game, Jurgen Klopp had claimed that the first thing he did was apologize to Marco Silva for his behaviour.

But the Everton manager has since rebuffed the claim saying, the Liverpool boss did not apologize.

“No, he didn’t apologise to me,” Marco Silva said.

“I didn’t see it. I don’t know what he did and the way he did it.”

With the win against Everton, Liverpool maintain their two-point difference with league leaders Manchester City.

Next up, Jurgen Klopp’s men will to Turf Moor in order to take on Burnley on Wednesday.
