Jose Mourinho Tottenham take on Chelsea

The Premier League have finally made a decision on VAR and the technology is set to be introduced next season.

This news comes after the Premier League clubs gathered for a meeting on this issue and they eventually voted in favour of VAR.

The Premier League has been carrying out ‘non-live’ tests of the technology during the current season and it has made it clear that the tests will continue until the end of the campaign.

This comes as a huge boost for a number of Premier League clubs which have been urging the FA to introduce VAR in the league – especially after the UEFA decided to introduce it in the Champions League next season.

Managers like Jose Mourinho and Jurgen Klopp have been pretty vocal supporters of the VAR but it seems that their clubs are the only ones who might be in trouble.

You see, each and every decision from the VAR needs to be explained to the supporters inside the stadium and mostly every club does via the giant screens inside their stadium.

But in case you have failed to notice but both Man United and Liverpool do not have a giant screen inside their stadium.

And this is where things are getting a bit hazy.

While some reports claim that the clubs might be forced to install a giant screen before the next Premier League season kicks off others claim that the FA will leave it up to the clubs as to how they wish to sort out the issue.

One solution is that the club informs the fans about every VAR decision through their official stadium announcer.

But will UEFA agree to it since the Champions League will also be getting VAR next season?
