Tottenham Hotspur seem to have found a new gear ever since Jose Mourinho took charge of the club and next up they take on Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Lilywhites had made a really dismal start to the new campaign but during the past few weeks, they have won games on a trot and are now just three points off the top-four spot on the table.

So if Spurs can beat the Blues on Sunday and pick up all three points then they would move into the fourth spot by the end of the weekend.

But going into this match, Jose Mourinho has to deal with a series of injury concerns meaning the manager could have to make a few changes to his first XI.

The first and the biggest injury concern is with Hugo Lloris who has been out for a long time with an arm injury and as per the latest reports, the keeper will not be back before January.

And in such a scenario, Michel Vorm is also sidelined with a calf injury meaning Gazzaniga is the make-shift No 1 for Spurs and the same will be the case this weekend vs Chelsea.

Tanguy Ndombele has been out with a groin strain and there were rumours that he could be fit in time to take on the Blues now it looks like he will only return to training next week.

Left-back Ben Davies has sustained ligament damage on his left knee and there is no return date for the defender meaning Jan Vertonghen will once again play in the full-back role on Sunday.

While the injury list might look long but Jose Mourinho has managed to work around them ever since he took charge at Tottenham meaning the manager should not have any problems naming his strongest XI against the Blues.
