Jude Bellingham is expected to leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer and according to Football Insider, the midfielder could be on his way to Liverpool.

Manchester City and Real Madrid have a genuine interest in signing the 19-year-old but this report is claiming that it’s Klopp’s Liverpool who are actually the frontrunners in signing him during the summer.

Bellingham joined BVB from Birmingham in 2020 for a fee of just €25 million but today, the teenager is valued at a whopping €110 million and the gossip in the market is that the interested clubs will have to shell out around €145-150 million if they wish to sign him.

Jurgen Klopp has made Jude Bellingham his top priority target for the upcoming transfer window which means the Anfield outfit will have to brace themselves for a high-spending transfer window.

However, even if they are willing to spend €150 million on the midfielder, Liverpool won’t have an easy pass in signing him because both Manchester City and Real Madrid will give it their all to bring him on board as well.

Manchester City won’t mind spending money on a talent like Jude Bellingham and if they can manage to win the Champions League this season then they can have a major upper hand in luring the 19-year-old. Kalvin Phillips has failed to impress Guardiola so someone like Bellingham will be welcomed with open arms at the Etihad.

Real Madrid have already held talks with Bellingham’s father over a possible summer transfer so their interest is also genuine. A few weeks ago, Mark Bellingham met Madrid’s transfer boss Juni Calafat which suggests that the Los Blancos are not willing to waste any time.

Some rumours claim that Madrid have already set the ball rolling by making a €140 million offer for Jude Bellingham and if this is true then Liverpool and Manchester City are already playing catch up.

Dortmund will obviously want to sell their star midfielder to the highest bidder but we think, Bellingham’s choice will be the deciding factor.
