Goalkeeper:
Thibaut Courtois will be the one to take up the goalkeeping duties.
Courtois
Defence:
The defensive line will see the familiar 3 in the back and we can confidently say that David Luiz will not make it to the team this time around also. A lack of form and high tantrums has put Luiz in the bad books of the manager meaning that Cahill, Azpilicueta and Christensen will make up the back line.
Cahill – Christensen – Azpilicueta
Midfield:
N’Golo Kante returned back to action against Manchester United and immediately Chelsea looked a completely different side with him in midfield. He helped Fabregas and Bakayoko play the free-flowing football that they are generally used to. So Kante will be an automatic choice in midfield along with Cesc Fabregas. Zappacosta will be handed the right wing-back duties with Victor Moses still recovering from his injuries. Marcos Alonso will be left wing-back.
Alsonso – Fabregas – Kante – Zappacosta
Attack:
Conte will not want to fiddle with his front three especially after such a fine performance against Manchester United. Hazard and Alvaro Morata will be guaranteed starters along with Pedro. While Morata will lead the line as the lone striker he will be supported on either side by Hazard and Pedro.
Hazard – Morata – Pedro
