Chelsea suffered their first loss in the Premier League this season as Spurs outclassed them 3-1 this Saturday.

The Lilywhites were on top for the first minute of the game and goals from Dele Alli and Harry Kane in the first half ensured Mauricio Pochettino’s men that went into the dressing room one happy bunch.

But that happiness was soon to be elevated as Son added a third goal thus sealing the three points for the men in white.

Olivier Giroud did pull one goal back for the Blues but that was only a consolation for Maurizio Sarri’s side.

And talking on the Match of the Day, Alan Shearer has pointed out two players who performed poorly for Chelsea during the London Derby.

The first player as per Shearer was defender David Luiz who refused to give his 100% during the game and the second player was Chelsea’s summer signing Kepa Arrizabalaga.

‘They dominated Chelsea for 90 minutes and ruthlessly exposed that back four,’ Shearer told Match of the Day(as reported by the Metro).

‘They battered them and it should have been six or seven with the chances they missed.

‘Kane, Alli and Son ran them ragged, exposed them and pulled them in positions they didn’t want to go – particularly the centre-halves.

‘David Luiz got out the way of the ball, I thought centre-backs were supposed to stop it. ‘The keeper was poor also.

‘Tottenham were absolutely fantastic, their best performance of the season I think.’

David Luiz was expected to be sold by former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte last year but ever since Maurizio Sarri has arrived at the club, the Brazilian has been given a new lease of life.

But his performance against Spurs once again proves that the centre-back can only look world class when the players before him are playing at their best.

One run at him and David Luiz will come crashing down like a house of cards(as shown by Son on Saturday).
