West Ham United have finally picked up their first win of the new Premier League season after they beat Everton 3-1 last weekend.

But the Hammers will once again have their work cut out when they take on Chelsea at home this weekend.

The Blues are currently the best team in England – winning each and every game under their new boss Maurizio Sarri and Pellegrini will know that it will not be a walk in the park trying to stop Eden Hazard and co.

But according to the latest reports, the Hammers have been handed a huge injury boost just days the high profile clash at the London Stadium.

The West Ham fans were left biting their fingernails when their hitman Marko Arnautovic was taken off the pitch late on during the Everton game and many reports suggested the forward has suffered a knee injury which will rule him out of the Chelsea clash.

But now reports coming out of London are suggesting that Marko Arnautovic was taken off only as a precaution and his injury is not very serious.

This means the 29-year-old will be fit to face Chelsea this weekend and the fans will be delighted to see the Austrian back.

And the return of Marko Arnautovic will be a huge boost for Manuel Pellegrini who will want each and every one of his first-team players to remain fit during the course of the next month especially with games against Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur coming up.
