Arsenal are a club in a bit of a turmoil.

Last month, fans were hoping to see some new faces at the club in January but then the manager came out to claim that the Gunners do not have funds to bring in permanent signings.

On top of that players like Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil could leave the club this month and Petr Cech has announced that he will retire at the end of the season.

And if these weren’t enough then a report is now claiming that Sven Mislintat could leave the club by the end of the transfer window.

For those of you who do not know him, the German has been the head of recruitments at Arsenal after the club brought him to the Emirates from Borussia Dortmund back in 2017.

It was in Dortmund that Mislintat really excelled in his job as he was credited in bringing players like Aubameynag, Shinji Kagawa and Ousmane Dembele to the club.

And many Arsenal fans believed that Sven Mislintat was the only saving grace amongst a very poor management at the club.

But now a report is claiming that even he has chosen to snap ties with the club and will head for the exit doors.

While the reports does not provide an exact reason as to why the German is moving out of Arsenal but it does give the various possibilities of why Sven is unhappy at the club.

And one of the reasons is that the head of scouting has had a rift with Unai Emery.

If this possibility is true then it will not be the first time that Mislintat has had a falling out with a manager.

During his final days at BVB, Mislintat was involved in an argument with then manager Thomas Tuchel over the signing of the player.

This news can still be categorised as a rumour and we will have to wait and see what further developments occur during the course of this week.
