Chelsea take on Everton in the Premier League next weekend and Carlo Ancelotti might be watching the match from the stands.
Carlo Ancelotti was shown a red card during Everton’s 1-1 draw vs Manchester United on Sunday after VAR chose to rule out Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s late winner.
Carlo Ancelotti is shown a red card by referee Chris Kavanagh after the match and now the FA have confirmed that the Toffees boss has been booked with misconduct.
The Everton boss has until Thursday to appeal against to respond to the charge and if things go south for him then the Italian might be looking at a possible ban.
“Carlo Ancelotti has been charged with misconduct for a breach of FA Rule E3,” a statement from the FA read, as reported by Football London.
“It is alleged that the Everton FC manager’s language and/or behaviour on the field of play at the end of the Premier League fixture against Manchester United FC on Sunday 1 March 2020 amounts to improper conduct.”

If Carlo Ancelotti is indeed banned from pitchside then surely it will be a massive boost confidence booster for Frank Lampard and his boys especially since the Merseyside outfit are in fine form ever since the Italian’s have taken over.
