Leicester City appointed Brendan Rodgers as their new manager after sacking Claude Puel earlier this week.
Brendan Rodgers surprisingly left Celtic during the middle of the season to take charge of a Leicester City team which are not even fighting for a silverware this season.
And now reports are suggesting that Rodgers might be a couple of Celtic players during the summer transfer window.
While the Celtic fans are clearly angry with their former boss – which is understandable, but a couple of them have hit a real low point.
In a bid to show their anger for Rodgers joining Leicester City, a new song has emerged online and to be brutally honest the song is a big disgrace.
The lyrics to the song were as followed, ‘I hope you die in your sleep Brendan Rodgers, I hope you die in your sleep I pray.
‘I hope you die in your sleep Brendan Rodgers, from a bullet from the IRA.’
While a number of former players and pundits have come out to slam the song calling it a disgrace but even some of the Celtic fans have spoken out urging the fellow fans to maintain dignity.
Neil Lennon has been brought in to take charge of the club until the end of the season while the management begin their hunt for their next permanent boss.
