Chelsea have suffered four losses in their last five Premier League matches and next up they take on Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Spurs too had been suffering from a dip in form but ever since Jose Mourinho has taken charge of the club, the Lilywhites have had a revival of sorts.

While the Blues have lost four matches out of five, Tottenham, on the other hand, have won the same number of matches out of the same of outings.

And according to Michael Owen, it will be Spurs who will defeat Chelsea on Sunday and pick up all three points primarily because the momentum is with Jose Mourinho’s men.

Owen wrote for Bet Victor: “The last Premier League game before Christmas is a cracking London derby with Frank Lampard going head-to-head with his former manager Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge for the first time.

“It is worth noting, however, that Lampard’s Derby County won a League Cup tie at Old Trafford on penalties last September when Mourinho was manager of Manchester United.

“Chelsea have lost four of their last five in the league while Spurs have won three of their last four and I think it will be the hosts who take maximum points from what promises to be an entertaining game between these two great rivals.”

Jose Mourinho’s Man United side might have lost to Lampard’s Derby County last year but this Spurs side is much more apt at tackling the high-profile matches.

Everton and Bournemouth have shown that if the likes of Jorginho and Kovacic can be kept off the ball then beating Chelsea is not too big a task. And Jose Mourinho being a master at breaking down opponents, we are sure the Portuguese must have already looked into it.
