Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are planning to make a move for Everton defender Michael Keane – as per reports.

Michael Keane came up through the ranks at Manchester United but after having very little success with the Red Devils, the centre-back joined Burnley in 2015.

And after playing some fine football over the course of two years, the England international joined Everton in 2017 where he has been ever since.

But unlike his time at Burnley, Michael Keane has had a bumpy ride at Goodison Park which has prompted many to believe that the 26-year-old might be on his way out during the summer.

During the 2018-19 season, Michael Keane has played in 29 Premier League games for the Toffees at if reports are to be believed then the defender is a transfer target for both Arsenal as well as Spurs.

The Gunners currently have a couple of defenders amongst their ranks but it is almost certain that Emery would be trying to bring in a few replacements during the summer.

As for Spurs, Toby Alderweireld is more than certain to leave the club at the end of the season and it looks like Pochettino has marked out Michael Keane as a long-term replacement.

TransferMarkt currently values Michael Keane in the region of €25 million but reports have it that Everton would be wanting a transfer fee of £50 million for the defender.
