Mo Salah had been having a dip in form during the past couple of months but it seems the Egyptian has been peaking at the exact moment.

And on Sunday, the forward scored a superb goal vs Chelsea in the Premier League which has once again brought the limelight back on him.

During the 2018-19 season, Mo Salah has scored 22 goals for Liverpool while making 10 assists and still many people believe the player is having an average season as compared to his previous one.

But the goal vs Chelsea was truly world class and speaking after the match, Jurgen Klopp revealed that the wonder strike truly blew him away.

“It blew me away. I was really happy. I saw it really well; maybe I saw it first the ball would go in. It was a really, really outstanding finish.” Klopp told Liverpool’s official website.

“And I don’t want to minimise that but I loved the first goal exactly the same.”

“It immediately reminded me of the 4-3 against Borussia Dortmund, only Hendo instead of Millie and Sadio instead of Dejan, but a similar situation with this wonderful cross in that area and really good team play.”

“The performance was really good but to really make it happen you need the goals and we got them, all good.”

Mo Salah had been going through a barren run for a number of games and during that time the jury was out to get him.

But not for once did Jurgen Klopp lose faith on the player and it looks like that the belief is finally paying off.

Up until now, Sadio Mane was the main man going forward for Liverpool but now that Mo Salah has got his mojo back, the first Premier League title might very well be on his way to Anfield.
