Inter Milan might have to part ways with their 20-year-old centre-forward Martin Satriano and as many as four Premier League clubs are keen to bring him on board, as per The Daily Mail.

The report claims: “Inter Milan forward Martin Satriano is emerging as a target for a host of Premier League sides. Tottenham, Arsenal, West Ham and Everton are among the clubs tracking the hotshot, with Manchester City and Chelsea previously linked.

“Satriano has a number of admirers across Europe following a string of impressive performances for Inter at Primavera 1 level.

“Inter beat off interest from a number of the continent’s big guns to sign Satriano from Nacional in his native Uruguay in January 2020 and the talented forward is widely regarded as one of the most promising strikers in Europe.”

Will Inter Milan let Satriano leave?

Martin Satriano is one of the highly rated youngsters right now in the European circuit and Inter Milan had to fight off several big clubs to be able to sign him last year in January.

Inter paid just £2.16m for the forward but now that they need to balance their books, the Italian side could be looking to sell him at a hefty profit.

TransferMarkt currently values him at only £900,000 so we can assume he will be available for a bargain deal this summer.

But, no matter which club he joins, Martin Satriano will not be a guaranteed regular in the first-team squad next season since he is yet to make a senior appearance for Inter Milan despite spending one-and-a-half year stay with the club.

Clubs like Arsenal and Spurs are trying to sign him in the hopes that he can be one of the top strikers in the Premier League somewhere down the line but at West Ham or Everton, the centre-forward can make an impact sooner.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin might be sold by Everton this summer in which case the 20-year-old will have the chance to be the first-choice striker at Everton next season. And if not, he can be the backup to someone like DCL.

West Ham United are also looking to sign a backup for Antonio so Satriano will have a chance of getting a decent amount of game time at the London stadium as well.

All in all, Inter Milan might have no other option but to sell the South American due to their financial woes but we doubt he will choose to join a big club like Arsenal or Spurs, simply because there’s too much competition.
