Jadon Sancho wanted by Man United
Jadon Sancho is one of the players who is expected to make a move back to the Premier League this summer

Premier League side Manchester United have been linked with Jadon Sancho for the longest time and the Three Lions international is likely to return to England this summer.

Apart from Man United, a number of other clubs want to sign the 20-year-old as well but recently, ex-United man Andy Cole admitted that the Dortmund winger will be a fine addition to Ole’s squad next season.

He told MUTV, as reported by Goal: “You’re always looking to bring in players. There’s talk of Jadon Sancho coming in. Would he give Manchester United something different? Of course, he would.

“I’m not going to sit here and say, ‘Oh no, he’s not good enough!’ because of course, he’s good enough.

“He’s got pace, he’s got the ability to go past players, score goals and create.

“I think ultimately all those kind of things are going to be down to financial issues coming out of Covid-19 – financially, it’s hit every football club. But Manchester United will undoubtedly look to strengthen and look to add to what they have.”

And now in a major revelation, journalist Sam Pilger has claimed that Borussia Dortmund are ready to part ways with their most prized possession this summer.

Pilger said on Twitter: “Jadon Sancho is moving closer to MUFC; Dortmund are willing sellers, the player wants the move and personal terms are not a problem.

“It’s now about agreeing a fee both clubs can be happy with.”

This will be great news for Man United but agreeing to a transfer fee might be the biggest hurdle for the PL outfit.

Jadon Sancho has two years left on his current deal so BVB have no urgency to sell him off but the player reportedly wants to leave which will force the German club to listen to offer.

As per the major reports, the Bundesliga side want around £110 million for the winger but Man United are not willing to shell out such a massive amount right after such a prolonged lockdown.

So it will be interesting to see if Dortmund bring down their asking price or are they willing to hold onto Jadon Sancho for one more season?
