Jesse Lingard is without a doubt one of the worst players at Manchester United right now and almost every United fan wants him sold at the end of the season.
During the 2019-20 season, Jesse Lingard has played in 20 Premier League so far but he is yet to find the back of the net neither has he been able to provide an assist despite playing constantly in the playmaker’s role.
And while multiple reports have claimed that the academy graduate could be sold off by Solskjaer at the end of the season, according to former Manchester United coach Rene Meulensteen, the player has what it takes to shine at the club.
The coach said on the Michael Anthony Show, as reported: “Jesse always had attributes in his game as Iniesta had for Barcelona.
“It’s more a confidence thing, you need to recognise as staff and coaches when did you have the best games? When did you score the most goals? Why isn’t it happening now?’

Ole has given his full backing towards Jesse Lingard during the past half of the season but now that Bruno Fernandes has come to the club we doubt if the England international will see any significant game time in the Premier League.
At best, he might be used in the cup ties and the Europa League which is something he would definitely not want to do.
Jesse Lingard still has one and a half years left on his current contract with the club meaning Manchester United can still get a handsome transfer fee if they plan to release him during the upcoming transfer window.
