Liverpool beat Southampton 4-0 in the Premier League on Sunday meaning they now have a 22-point lead(before Man City’s game vs Spurs) at the top of the table.

So far, Liverpool have lost just two points in the league so far – drawing vs Manchester United but since then the Anfield outfit have been on a roll and it’s only a matter of time before they put their hands on their first-ever Premier League title.

But still, Jurgen Klopp claims Liverpool are not even close to being perfect when asked about the capabilities of this side.

“I have never seen it, to be honest,” he said as reported by ESPN.

“If I was asking from the outside, I would ask the same questions.

“It’s not that I feel stronger and stronger and stronger after each win, it’s not like this. It is just one great celebration, then it’s relief, settle and go again.

“We are not perfect, not even close to being perfect; we just try to make the best of our skills in the best possible way.

“The boys have done that now for a while pretty good and that’s why we have these kinds of numbers — but it doesn’t feel a second like it’s really special. It just feels the hardest work.”

Liverpool take on Shrewsbury in an FA Cup replay but Jurgen Klopp has already mentioned that he will field a youth side in that match and he himself will not be in the dugout meaning the Reds go into a break and their senior side will take on Norwich City in the Premier League on the 15th of February.
