Arsenal host Olympiacos in the second leg of the Round of 32 in the Europa League and before that the club have delivered some great news regarding Kieran Tierney.

No, the player will not be fit to take on the Greek side but he is expected to be back in full training by the end of this week. And this is great news since Sead Kolasinac has picked up a shoulder injury during Arsenal’s 3-2 win vs Everton.

Kieran Tierney arrived at the Emirates in the summer but his maiden season in England has been marred with injuries – the latest one being a shoulder dislocation during the early days of December.

Now though his return comes at a perfect time since the Gunners do not have any Premier League engagement this weekend since they take on Portsmouth in the FA Cup.

Their next EPL clash will be against West Ham United on the 7th of next month and there’s a major chance that Kieran Tierney will be fit and ready to feature in this game.

Here’s the latest injury updates from Arsenal:

Calum Chambers

Sead Kolasinac
Right shoulder. Sead suffered a significant right shoulder injury during Everton (h) on Sunday. He will undergo further specialist assessments during this week.

Cedric Soares

Kieran Tierney
Right shoulder. Dislocated right shoulder during West Ham Utd (a) on 9 December. Good progress being made in rehabilitation process and has commenced participation in group training sessions. Aiming to be in back in full training by the end of February.
