Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney picked up an injury during the Gunners’ 3-1 win against West Ham United and now there are fears the youngsters could be out for some time.

Before the start of the match, it was right-back Hector Bellerin who picked up an injury which forced him to miss out on the win.

And just half an hour into the game, it was Kieran Tierney who injured his shoulder forcing him to be replaced by Sead Kolasinac in defence.

After the match, there have been reports that the former Celtic man was seen leaving the stadium with his arm in a sling and he had been sent to the hospital for a scan.

Speaking after the match, Freddie Ljungberg also revealed that the extent of the injury would only be known once the test results come out.

The interim coach said: “It’s something with his shoulder but I don’t know exactly what that is. We obviously had to take him off. He’s going to hospital to get it checked.”

Now though as per the latest updates, things are not looking too good for Keiran Tierney since he could be on the sidelines for quite a while.

Obviously, the final verdict will only be known towards the end of the week but the initial rumours claim the youngster’s injury is not looking good.

If this news holds true then surely it will be a huge blow for the left-back since he’s already missed a large chunk of the season with a groin problem and had only been playing regular games since the past couple of weeks.

Next up, Arsenal take on Standard Liege away from home in the Europa League and it is more or less certain that Sead Kolasinac will be playing at left-back in this match.
