Arsenal have repeatedly failed to sign Kieran Tierney ever since the start of the summer transfer window but the Gunners have not yet given up.

Celtic have been holding out for a transfer fee of around 25 million pounds and up until now, the two clubs have not been able to agree on the price.

Reports have claimed that Arsenal’s last bid was close to what the Bhoys were demanding but the Scottish club wanted more money upfront.

While the Bhoys have rejected the last offer too but now Neil Lennon has made it clear that Arsenal will make one more bid before the transfer window shuts down.

Lennon said(as reported): “Nothing has changed yet.

“It’s not speaking from insider knowledge, but in my experience, another bid will come in.

“I’d be surprised if it didn’t. I’d also be delighted if it didn’t, but the good things is we will know either way by the end of the week when the window shuts down there.

“It’s not our problem, but the next few days might be spent sitting by the phone. Kieran is still feeling pain.

“He was out kicking a ball on Wednesday and just felt a lot of discomfort. I don’t know how far away he is.”

Rumours have suggested that Kieran Tierney has asked Celtic to let him leave as he is eager to join Arsenal meaning it is only a matter of time before the Gunners get their hands on the left-back.

The Gunners are reportedly ready to pay 75,000-per-week in the form of wages to the youngster which is one of the main reason why Kieran Tierney is desperately trying to move to the Emirates before the 8th of August.
