Liverpool suffered yet another loss this week as they were knocked out of the fifth round of the FA Cup by Chelsea.

The 2-0 loss means Liverpool have lost three out of their last four matches in all competitions and their dream of winning a treble has also faded away.

But having said that though, the Reds are very much in line to win their maiden Premier League crown and next up they take on AFC Bournemouth at home with a 22 point lead from second-placed Manchester City.

Right after the Cherries game, Liverpool will take on Atletico in the Champions League which is why many people feel Jurgen Klopp could rest some of his key players. While this is very much a possibility but we don’t think the manager will risk doing such a thing especially after loses to Watford and then Chelsea.

Liverpool team news vs Bournemouth:

Adrian played in goal for the FA Cup clash and it was not the most pleasant night for the backup keeper. For the Bournemouth encounter though, Liverpool will have Alisson back infront of goal.

Young Neco Williams played at right-back in midweek but Trent Alexander Arnold will reprise his role in defence while Robertson plays as the other full-back.

There have been some rumours claiming the resting of Joe Gomez since Klopp has Atletico at the back of his mind. But we don’t think the Liverpool boss will take such a gamble.

Jordan Henderson still remains on the sidelines and the captain’s absence has really been felt over the last few matches.

Chamberlain will be brought in to Adam Lallana who started in midfield alongside Fabinho and Wijnaldum.

Sadio Mane played on the right flank vs Chelsea and it was not a particularly happy outing for the winger. But with Mo Salah coming back into the squad, Mane will move back to his favoured left-sided role.

This would mean Divock Origi will once again move back to the bench and he at best might come on as a second-half substitute.

Fabinho like Mo Salah came off the bench during Liverpool’s FA Cup loss in midweek but the Brazilian will most certainly start upfront replacing January signing Minamino.

Liverpool’s predicted XI vs Bournemouth:

Starting XI: Alisson Becker; Van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Robertson, Alexander-Arnold; Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Oxlade-Chamberlain; Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Firmino.
