Liverpool beat arch-rivals Manchester United 3-1 at Anfield last Sunday and with that Jurgen Klopp’s men consolidated their position at the top of the table.

This week, the Reds travel to Molineux to take on Wolves a game which has three points written all over it for the Merseyside outfit.

Liverpool are the only side who are yet to lose a game in the Premier League and by the way the Reds are playing we do not see them losing this weekend either.

Having said that though, Jurgen Klopp does have a few injury concerns before the game.

The first big concern will be the injury to right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The 20-year-old is currently recovering from a foot injury and initially, it was believed that the player would be out for atleast a couple of weeks.

But now Jurgen Klopp has given some positive news stating that Alexander-Arnold has made great progress and should be fully fit within a few days time.

The manager though has made it clear that the game vs Wolves might be too early to bring him back into action meaning Nathan Clyne will once again play at right-back.

Versatile midfielder James Milner has a hamstring injury as a result of which he was not risked during the 3-1 win against Manchester United. But he will hopefully return back to the match-day squad.

If James Milner does not start then summer signing Fabinho will play in midfield alongside Wijnaldum.

Centre-back Joel Matip is out until the new year with a broken collarbone while Joe Gomes is out for the same time frame with a broken ankle.

The absence of both the centre-backs means Jurgen Klopp is still short on defenders and the duo of Virgil Van Dijk and Dejan Lovren will start the game vs Wolves.
