Jose Mourinho Spurs Premier League

Manchester United have been performing poorly right from the very first game this season and talks are that the club are looking to find a replacement for Jose Mourinho.

And given that this is Mourinho’s third season at the club, it only makes sense for him to pack his bags.

There were talks about United sacking Mourinho a couple of weeks back but all those gossips died down after United made a stunning comeback to beat Newcastle United.

But the club’s performances have detoriated once again during the past couple of games and once again there are talks of Jose Mourinho leaving the club.

While Mourinho is not going to be sacked immediately but it is clear the Portuguese will leave the club sooner or later and when that happens, United want to replace him with current Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Pochettino has just signed a new five year deal with the Lilywhites worth £8m per season and the Argentinian has always maintained that he wishes to stay at White Hart Lane.

But Manchester United are adamant into bringing in Mauricio Pochettino and are reportedly willing to pay as much as £40 million to bring him to Old Trafford.

United are planning to move for Pochettino during the summer but the Old Trafford outfit are not the only club interested in the manager as Real Madrid also have plans to hold talks with the Argentinian at the end of the season.

Real Madrid have been linked with Mauricio Pochettino ever since their La Liga season started going downhill but now with Man United getting into the mix, things will surely get a bit nervous for the Lilywhites.
