Manchester City take on Leicester in the Premier League and this will be the final home game for the Citizens this season.

Liverpool up a narrow 3-2 win over Newcastle United earlier this weekend which means the title will only be decided during the final week of the season.

The Reds almost slipped up vs the Magpies as Rafa Benitez was adamant to stop his former club from winning the game.

But in the end, it was a Divock Origi header, four minutes before time, which helped secure all the three points for Liverpool and ensure that the pressure was back on Manchester City.

But speaking after the game, Andrew Robertson claimed that the pressure of performing has been on both sides and he will surely be watching Man City take on the Foxes on Monday.

“The pressure is on both of us (Liverpool and Man City) the whole season but we can sit back knowing we are not playing Monday,” he said.

“We can hope for Leicester to produce something but we don’t expect anything. City have had eight days to prepare, there will be fresh legs and it will be tough for Leicester – but we can always pray.

“Yeah, I’ll watch it. Obviously, we have a huge game the next day so I’ll be resting up but if it’s on the telly I’ll watch it and hope, but I’ll not get too involved.

“But, like I said, we’re not expecting anything.”

Liverpool are currently on top of the league table – two points ahead of Pep Guardiola’s side but they have also played one game more.

Manchester City will have to pick up a win vs Brendon Rodgers’ side on Monday night and anything less than that will mean that Liverpool will have to ensure that they win their final game of the season in order to lift their very first Premier League trophy.
