Jack Butland Rangers FC news
Ibrox Rangers

Rangers FC came from behind to beat Braga 3-2 in the first leg of the Europa League Round of 32 and they host the Portuguese side for the second leg this Wednesday.

The Gers are more or less out of the Premiership title race meaning Steven Gerrard can shift his full focus to this match at home in midweek. That though will be easier said than done since the Rangers FC boss will be without the services of Jermain Defoe and Alfredo Morelos and on top of that, their defence has looked really shaky.

Rangers are undefeated in 14 of their last 15 matches in the Europa League but this fragile defence will surely be tested on Wednesday more so since FC Braga have already netted 17 goals in this competition so far.

Rangers FC team news and injuries:

1.Alfredo Morelos remains suspended while Jermain Defoe is ruled out with an injury meaning Florian Kamberi will lead the line.

2. Ryan Jack will likely return to the middle of the park after missing the first leg meaning Glen Kamara will have to be satisfied with a place on the bench.

3. The back-four for Rangers should remain the same with Katic and Goldson playing in the middle while Halliday and Tavernier play as full-backs.

4. Steven Davis is likely to be deployed in central midfield alongside Scott Arfield and Ryan Jack.

Rangers FC injuries and suspensions:

Jermaine Defoe – Ruled out.

Filip Helander – Ruled out.

Glenn Middleton – Ruled out.

Borna Barisic – Ruled out.

Alfredo Morelos – Suspended.

Predicted line-up for the Gers:
