Jose Mourinho Tottenham take on Chelsea

Real Madrid were knocked out of the Champions League this week when they lost to Ajax in the Round of 16.

And now it is certain that the Bernabeu outfit will have a new manager at the end of the season.

Right now multiple reports coming out of Spain are suggesting that Jose Mourinho is set to return back to Real Madrid during the summer for a second stint.

Jose Mourinho was appointed as the Real Madrid manager in 2010 but after a series of falling outs with his players, the Portuguese chose to return back to the Premier League in 2013.

But now it’s clear that the Los Blancos’ golden period is over and they need to usher in a new phase and it looks like Florentino Perez has chosen Mourinho as the right man for the job.

Jose is currently the favourite to land the Real Madrid job even though there are a number of other names floating around but if the recently sacked Man United boss was to take up the job, it might be a great boost for Chelsea.

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has been tipped to leave the club during the summer and Real Madrid looks to be his next probable destination.

But with Jose Mourinho at the helm, we are not very sure whether Hazard would want to make that switch.

While the pair have maintained they share a good relationship but Eden Hazard did not have the best time of his career when he was playing under Jose a couple of seasons ago.

And we are pretty confident that he would not want a repeat of the same situation at Real Madrid next season.
