Liverpool winger Ryan Kent is the centre of a very heated transfer debate right now with multiple clubs wanting to sign him during the summer.

Last season, the youngster did really well out on loan to Rangers and this has brought in a lot of new admirers which include the likes of Leeds United and Aston Villa.

Steven Gerrard too is keen to bring back Ryan Kent for yet another loan spell and this weekend Rangers assistant boss Gary McAllister had revealed that the Gers are certainly the first in line in case the winger is loaned out this summer.

He told the Scottish Sun: “It is ongoing, but the decisions at Liverpool will probably be later down the line.

“Is he worth the wait? I would say so.

“He has got a rapport with the fans and there is no doubt he enjoyed his time here. That’s on the pitch, in and around the training ground and the city as well — he enjoyed Glasgow.

“We have to be aware that Liverpool might receive bids, but you don’t know.

“If Ryan is to go back out on loan again, I think we’d be first in line.”

And now a Gers supporter on social media has come out to claim that he actually asked Ryan Kent is he was coming back to Ibrox during the summer to which the Liverpool lad said ‘probably yeah’.

As per the Daily Record, “After posting the image of Kent with his son, @liamemm11 was asked by a fellow supporter ‘did you ask the question?’.”

This will certainly be music to the ears of all the Gers fans who desperately want Ryan Kent to return especially after the kind of impact he had last season.

And there is even more reason to rejoice as recent reports have suggested that Liverpool have rejected a bid from Leeds United and the Peacocks are not interested in returning with a second bid for Ryan Kent.
