Tottenham Hotspur picked up a hard-fought victory against Aston Villa in the Premier League last weekend meaning Spurs are now just one point off the top-four.

Chelsea occupy the fourth spot on the table and next up these two sides meet in the London Derby on Saturday meaning if the Lilywhites can pick up a win then they enter the next matchday above the Blues.

Right now, Jose Mourinho’s men are on a three-game winning streak in the Premier League and this is a really nice feat given the manager is without the services of his captain along with a host of other players.

While Chelsea have been in really poor form at home this season but beating them on Saturday will not be an easy task now that Mourinho has also lost Son to an injury.

Tottenham team news vs Chelsea:

The back-line for Tottenham should remain the same with Sanchez and Toby Alderweireld playing in centre-back while Aurier and Ben Davies plays at the full-back roles.

Some reports claim that Jose Mourinho could opt for a three-man backline but we don’t think the manager will be tempted to do so since Chelsea are not in red-hot form.

Moussa Sissoko and Foyth are both ruled out for the Derby due to injuries while Erik Lamela is also facing a race against time in order to be fit in time.

Bergwijn has put in some solid performances for Spurs since joining the club and the new arrival will surely start against Chelsea on Saturday.

Heung-Min Son helped Spurs pick up a 3-2 win vs Villa last weekend but the club have confirmed that the player has suffered a fractured arm.

The South Korean has undergone surgery to repair the damage and will be out of action for the next couple of weeks.

This is some serious concern for the Tottenham manager since he is already without Harry Kane and in the England international’s absence, it was Son who was playing upfront.

So now that Son is also out then it most probably will be Dele Alli who leads the line while Erik Lamela plays in the attacking midfielder’s role.
