Rangers FC have already made ten new signings since the time Steven Gerrard took charge of the club earlier on during the summer and it seems that the Gers are yet to close the doors.

Speaking exclusively to STV, Rangers chairman Dave King revealed that the club are expected to bring in a couple of more signings during the transfer window while a number of them are also expected to leave the club.

Dave King said that the club will likely bring in two new players before the transfer window closes down at the end of next month.

King told STV“I think we could probably see another couple coming in and possibly another couple going out just depending on what happens with the English window coming up.

“But we’ve certainly added a lot of players and got some away as well but I think the squad is looking to more settled and balanced.

“There’s greater quality and depth throughout the squad than we’ve had the last couple of years.”

Rangers latest signings Ryan Kent arrived from Liverpool a couple of days ago but multiple reports suggest that Gerrard is still in the market looking for a new forward and a backup central defender.

The Light Blues have been looking at players like Divock Origi and Dominic Solanke but with the Premier League transfer window closing on the 9th of August, Steven Gerrard will have to move quickly if he wishes to land any player from the top division of English football.
