West Ham United have already spent over £100 million in signing eight players during the summer transfer window and reports are suggesting that Manuel Pellegrini is not yet done.
The Hammers recently agreed on a deal to sign forward Xande Silva from Vitoria and now the London outfit have their eyes set on a defender.
Sky Sports is reporting that West Ham are set to complete the signing of 20-year-old defender Harold Moukoudi.
Moukoudi plays for Le Havre in the second tier of French football and the Hammers have been a number of clubs to sign the defender.
Harold Moukoudi joined Havre as a youngster in 2012 and then went on to make his senior debut for the club back in 2016.
West Ham United have been on the tail of the defender for a couple of weeks now but no one paid too much attention because clubs like Derby County, Burnley and Crystal Palace were all interested in signing the player.
But it seems that the Hammers have beaten everyone to the race and agreed on a £10.7 million fee for the transfer of Harold Moukoudi.

The 20-year-old will now link up with fellow Frenchman Issa Diop who joined West Ham in a £22.5 million pound move back in June.
Harold Moukoudi has made 44 appearances for Le Havre since 2016 and has also played four games for the France U20 side.
After the defender moves to London, West Ham United will have as many as seven centre-backs at their disposal but most of them are youngsters with the exception being Ogbonna and Winston Reid(both 30 years old).
