Man United blew away Watford at home in the Premier League on Sunday as they won the game 3-0 thanks to goals from Fernandes, Martial and Mason Greenwood.

Many people felt winning this game could be a tough task for the Old Trafford outfit since the Hornets came out on top the time these two sides met in December of last year.

But this around, Solskjaer’s men ensured there was no slip-up and despite an average first-half, the Red Devils turned up the gears and picked up a rather easy win.

And speaking after the game, the manager admitted that his side played really well on Sunday and maybe the winter break at Marbella has helped build a more cohesive unit.

The manager said via Manutd.com: “It was a very good win. That’s two good wins and two clean sheets [in the league since the winter break], plus some goals to celebrate.

“I thought, in the first half, we started by gifting them some good opportunities but, gradually, we created more and more chances.

“It’s been a very good week, overall. We also got an away goal and score-draw in Europe so I’m very pleased with everyone after the good break we had.

“That was an important week in Marbella; building team spirit, camaraderie and some understanding between players. It’s working. Now we want to kick on.”

Man United have won both their games in the Premier League since returning back from the break and right now they find themselves just three points off the top-four.

Next up, they take on Everton in the Premier League and picking up a win in this game will be really important since, after that, the OT outfit face Man City and Spurs back to back.
