Man United suffered yet another defeat in the Premier League this time losing 1-0 to AFC Bournemouth away from home.

The Red Devils started the match on the front foot and it looked like they would be able to score a goal easily. But as time went by, the home side settled into the match and it was Josh King who scored a wonderful goal to seal three points for Eddie Howe’s men.

Man United did try desperately to go back home atleast with a point but in the end, the team just did not have any top-class talent who would be able to swing the game in their favour.

And speaking after the match, their Norwegian boss explained how his team’s inability to control the game cost them three previous points on Saturday.

Ole told the club’s official website: “We had a lack of quality at times in front of goal.

“I thought we started well and opened them up with Dan James down the side, but we couldn’t get the important first goal. Then after 15 or 20 minutes, the game settled down and I thought they grew into it.

“It became a 50/50 match and you thought whoever would get the first goal would win this. They got it from a moment of magic by Josh.

“It was always going to be a difficult game down here and it wasn’t going to be a game with loads of goals in it because there are two good defensive teams.”

The manager also admitted that he might have made a wrong team selection hinting at the fact that a few of the youngsters could be named in the first XI in the next match.

“The first goal was always going to be important. Every time you concede a goal it’s a bad goal to give away but it’s a bit of magic that wins the game, you’ve got to say that,” he said, as quoted by the Manchester Evening News.

“Maybe I should’ve started a couple of others, who knows?”

Man United have till now managed to gather only 13 points from their first 11 league matches having won just one out of their last three matches.

Next up they are back in Europe as they welcome Partizan to Old Trafford in midweek and during this match, the manager could completely overhaul side bringing in a host of youngsters to the first XI.
