Premier League clubs Arsenal and Manchester United are suddenly being linked with a move for AS Monaco centre-forward Wissam Ben Yedder – as per L’Equipe.

Wissam Ben Yedder joined the Ligue 1 side from Sevilla last summer and right now he’s one of the best forwards in the French league, scoring 18 goals in 26 appearances this season.

And it looks like the 29-year-old could be on his way out of France after just one year since a number of top European sides are interested in bringing him on-board during the summer transfer window.

As per the report, apart from Manchester United and Arsenal, clubs like Atletico Madrid and Valencia have also shown an interest in him while Liverpool are also being linked with him.

But right now United and Arsenal are said to hold substantial interest in the player since both these sides are desperately looking to bring in a new centre-forward for the upcoming season.

Is Wissam Ben Yedder set to join the PL?

Wissam Ben Yedder is suddenly in the news over the past couple of weeks and there’s a huge possibility of him landing up in England next season.

But it remains to be seen as to which club he chooses to join, in case Monaco decide to cash in on him in the summer.

While Arsenal and Man United can surely use his services but if Liverpool are seriously interested then the forward could choose to join the Anfield outfit in order to play under Jurgen Klopp.

TransferMarkt currently values the forward at €40 million which is the perfect price tag for both Arsenal as well as Manchester United.

But since Yedder has four years left on his current deal, Monaco will most certainly quote a massive price for the 29-year-old, if they at all wish to part ways with him.

There have been no reports as to what Monaco think about all this interest so this transfer move will be an interesting watch over the next couple of days.
