Arsene Wenger has answered some really tough questions regarding Arsenal’s activity in the transfer market this month.

Will Wilshere stay at Arsenal?

“We know what we want. We want him to stay. After that, we have to find a financial agreement with Jack that is good for him. That’s what we’re trying to do.”

Will Mesut Ozil stay until the end of the season?

“Yes, of course.”

On signing Aubameyang

“I have nothing to add. This kind of thing is better when it’s secret.”

On signing Malcom from Bordeaux

“No. I don’t think it is close. No, I don’t think so.”

Does Wenger like Mkhitaryan?

“Yes of course. If it’s a possibility because I like the player. We played many times against him. He appreciates the quality of our game and the way we play football.

“That’s why he loves the club as well.”

On Sanchez’s move out of the Emirates

“It is likely to happen, any moment it can break down. that’s how the transfer market is.”

Will Sanchez play for Arsenal again?

“Yes of course. If it doesn’t happen, he will play on Saturday.”
