Chelsea Legend Set To Return To The Club As The Sporting Director?

Looks like Chelsea Football Club are having a major overhaul in the management department.

A few days ago, the club’s technical director stepped down from his position after 10 years of service with the club. The club though have swiftly found a replacement as recent reports suggest that Marina Granovskaia will replace Michael Emenalo as the new technical director of the club.

Another report suggests that former striker Didier Drogba can return to the club as the sporting director of the club. the 39-year-old is the currently the player-owner of Phoenix Rising in the US and he wishes to take over the said position at Stamford Bridge once he retires from playing football.

And for those of you who are thinking that this might take a considerable amount of time, the former Chelsea hitman is out of contract at the Phoenix Rising at the end of November.
