Raphael Varane and Gareth Bale have joined the long list of players who will not be making the trip to England in order to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League Group Stage.

Real Madrid are already without the likes of Mateo Kovacic, Luca Zidane, Dani Carvajal and Keylor Navas. Navas is out with a thigh problem and now Varane has also been sidelined with a thigh injury that he picked up during the shock defeat at the hands of Girona during Sunday.

But another bit of good news for Zinedine Zidane is the fact that Isco has recovered from the injury that he picked up during the weekend and he has been included in the 19-man squad that travels to London.

Both Madrid and Spurs are level on points in Group H – both picking up 7 points from 3 games. And this match is set to determine which team breaks lose and cements their position at the top of the table.

Real Madrid squad: Casilla, Moha, Achraf, Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo, Theo, Vallejo, Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Asensio, Isco, Marcos Llorente, Ceballos, Ronaldo, Benzema, Lucas Vazquez, Mayoral.
