Santi Cazorla might never play for Arsenal again

In a shocking bit of report, Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla might never put on the Gunners jersey again.

Santi Cazorla has been out of action for Arsenal since suffering an achilles injury in October of last year. And if reports are to be believed then the 32-year-old has suffered another injury and might not step foot on the pitch for Arsenal ever again.

Cazorla joined Arsenal in 2012 and since then has played 180 games for the club.

Cazorla went through multiple operations since suffering the injury and it has been a long road to recovery. But if the recent reports are to believed then, Cazorla’s fresh injury might keep him out of action for atleast two more seasons. Possibly ending his career as an Arsenal player.

Cazorla’s injury was initially thought to be a three-week setback. But as time went by the rehabilitation process grew more complicated.

Cazorla has scored 29 goals in his 180 appearances for the club.

But Arsenal FC now have come out to defend the situation. According to Standard, Arsenal have gunned down the rumours that the Spaniard might never play for them again. But the club also maintained the fact, that it was impossible for them to put an exact date on Cazorla’s return.

The Spaniard joined Arsenal in 2012 from Malaga. And in these five years at the club, he had quickly turned himself into a fan favourite. But the news is sure to cause a stir amongst the Arsenal fans.
