According to the Daily Mail, a series of Premier League clubs have shown interest in signing up 20-year-old Middlesbrough defender Dael Fry.

Fry has been one of the finest performers in Gary Monk’s Boro side this season as a result of which he has earned a much-deserved call-up for the England U-21 squad. The youngster has already represented England at every stage from the U-17 levels and the U-21 call-up is just another step forward for the player.

Dael Fry has already played nine games this season for Middlesbrough in the Championship this season and his performance has been so solid that clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea, Everton and Leicester have all shown interest in signing up the player.

Manchester United already have four recognized centre-backs amongst their ranks but it looks as if Jose Mourinho will be trying to offload a couple of them by the next summer transfer window. Chelsea too want to strengthen their back line as Conte would want to find a suitable replacement to the 31-year-old Gary Cahill.
