Liverpool drew their home game Stoke City on Saturday and with the 0-0 draw, the Reds have put their hopes of a top-four spot on the league table under serious jeopardy.
Jurgen Klopp’s men had an off day against the Potters and managed to pick up only a single point infront of the Anfield support which means that Chelsea are now within touching distance of the Reds.
Chelsea who sit in the 5th spot on the table are just 9 points(at the time of publishing this article) adrift Liverpool and the Blues are scheduled to face Jurgen Klopp’s men next week.
Liverpool failed to break down Stoke City but the Merseyside outfit had a huge penalty claimed turned down right before the end of the games.
With two minutes of normal time left on the clock, Mo Salah’s cross appeared to strike the hand of Erik Pieters inside the penalty area.
Do you think Jürgen Klopp had an issue with one of the refs today..

The referee immediately waved away Liverpool’s protests as he did not receive any confirmation from his linesman.
And Jurgen Klopp was clearly not pleased with this call.
The Liverpool manager decided to show his displeasure once the match ended by not shaking hands with that particular linesman.

This situation turned even more embarrassing when the German boss chose to shake hands with the other linesman and with the referee.
And as soon as this footage was shown on television, a large section of the fans immediately pointed fingers at how Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is always punished for such behaviours but Jurgen Klopp manages to walk away a free man.
Here are some reactions:
This is disgusting lol. I hate to be that guy, but if this was Mourinho people would be calling this an outrage. Awful professionalism and sportsmanship shown by Klopp. https://t.co/tgSfldkrbq

If this was Pep, Mourinho, Poch, or Wenger they'd get labelled as unprofessional and disrespectful towards the officials. But cause it's Klopp it's okay 🙂 https://t.co/f9kYahGrcN

Klopp disrespects the referees again and Liverpool fans say “that’s my manager, such a g” but if it was mourinho or wenger they’d be slated by every Liverpool fan🤔

Klopp makes a big show of shaking every referees hand except the linesman, at what point do the media treat him like Mourinho? Has mourinho ever done something like that even?
