Manchester United beat Arsenal 2-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday and with that Jose Mourinho’s men confirmed their Champions League qualifications for the next campaign.

United went 1-0 thanks to Paul Pogba in the first half but it was former Red Devils Henrikh Mkhitaryan who put Arsenal on level terms.

And then it was Marouane Fellaini who helped Manchester United bag all three points thanks to his injury-time header.

But it seems these three points have come at a cost for Jose Mourinho/

United forward Romelu Lukaku was on the receiving end of a nasty challenge from Arsenal’s Mavropanos and now Jose has hinted that the striker could very well be sidelined for a couple of weeks.

“I don’t know if he is going to be out,

“Or if he’s not okay. He wants to play all the time. He’s never tired and, when he has small things, he doesn’t care. He still wants to go.

“So, for him to say immediately, to change him, it is because he couldn’t play. But there are three more weeks until the final, so let’s see. I know it was on his foot but I don’t know more yet.”

Man United have already secured their Champions League berth for the next season so the Premier League games will not a concern for the United manager.

But his biggest issue will be the FA Cup final that United are scheduled to play on May the 19th against Chelsea at the Wembley.
