The Scottish Premiership has finally entered its final few weeks of the 2018-19 campaign and the SPFL post-split fixtures have just been announced.

Aberdeen, Celtic, Hearts, Hibernian, Kilmarnock and Rangers are the six clubs which make up the top six and the first of the SPFL post-split fixtures will be played on the 20th of April when Hearts take on Rangers at home and Kilmarnock welcome Aberdeen.

The Old Firm Derby will be played on the 12th of May and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
