Alfredo Morelos has been in fine form this season for Rangers and this has brought in a lot of interest for the striker.

The Colombian has so far played in 43 games this season and he has already managed to score 28 goals along with 11 assists.

And had it not been for all the red cards that he has gathered the Colombian would have most certainly scored even more goals.

But this lack of discipline has done very little to overshadow his talents and a number of clubs have shown interest in signing up the striker.

As per the latest reports, clubs like Leicester City and Borussia Dortmund are keeping a keen eye on Alfredo Morelos and could make a move for him at the end of the season.

And while most pundits feel the striker will move out of Scotland during the summer but the Colombian has made it clear that his focus is playing with Rangers.

“There are a lot of people watching me from other clubs, but now I’m only thinking about Rangers and the national team, I’m focused on that,” Morelos told El Tiempo.

“I’m only 22 but in five years who knows if I’ll be in a much bigger team.

“Hopefully, it will be in the Premier League because I have a lot of ambition, but if I have to go to another league I enjoy it.”

With the kind of attention that Alfredo Morelos has been gathering, it will be very tough for Steven Gerrard to hold onto him during the summer transfer window.

But many fans feel that instead of fighting to keep hold of him, the Gers should choose the sensible option of selling him at an inflated price and use that money to bring in a decent replacement.
