Arsenal have entered the semi-finals of the Europa League by overcoming Napoli in the quarter-finals and next up they will take on Valencia.

In the league too, the Gunners are very nicely positioned and there is a huge possibility that they will be able to secure a top-four finish by the end of the season.

Right now, Arsenal are fourth on the league table with 66 points and their remaining games in the Premier League are against fairly easy opponents.

Naturally, everyone is expecting them to pick up wins in each of these games and if they can manage to do that then surely it will be a successful first season for Unai Emery.

And speaking about the difference between Emery and Wenger, Alexandre Lacazette has revealed why the Gunners have improved so much under their new Spanish manager.

Lacazette said: “There’s a lot of difference. We work tactically more, we do more video as well, how the coach speaks is different than Wenger. It’s different. It’s hard to always compare the coaches because they have their own technique to manage the team.

“I think we are better every month, better and better, we are improving.

“It was one of the targets of the coach to concede less goals, even if this season we concede many goals, away as well he wanted us to keep a clean sheet. We did it and he wants us to do it again.

“Everything is in our hands now. If we win every game we go to Champions League – we want to go Champions League so we have to do our best all the games to go there.”

Unai Emery’s main aim when he took charge last summer was to bring back Champions League football to the Emirates next season.

And right now, the London outfit have two doors which lead to that goal.

The first one is obviously finishing in the top-four of the Premier League table and the second one is winning the Europa League and securing a direct qualification to the top tier of European football.

Many pundits had their doubts about Unai Emery when he took charge and during the first couple of months, it looked like the former PSG boss would end up being a failed experience.

But since then, the Gunners have pulled up their socks as a result of which their performances have improved drastically.
